New Client Outreach: 

I appreciate being considered as a support for your mental health.  Psychotherapy practices are often full or over-full, which can be frustrating when you are seeking support.  If I am unable to assist you in my own practice, I am often able to help find additional referrals.  

If you reach out to me for psychotherapy services, please indicate the following in email:  

1) the main issue/s you hope to address in therapy

2) if you have been referred to me for any specific reason or specialty

3) If you have insurance that you wish to bill, and what insurance company you are covered by. 

4) any specific scheduling limitations you might have in terms of time of day you can be available.

These questions help me to triage if I am an initial fit, or if it is best for me to help with finding referrals for you.
